Proposal Agreement
Between Byte Marketing Agency and [Client Company]
This Social Media Marketing Proposal Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between Byte Marketing Agency, hereinafter referred to as “Marketing Agency,” and [Client Company], hereinafter referred to as “Client.”
Services and Scope of Work:
1. Social Media Management (6 months): The Marketing Agency will provide Social Media Management services, including the creation and posting of three engaging posts per week across designated social media platforms.
2. Brand Photoshoot: A dedicated brand photoshoot will be conducted to generate high-quality visual content for use in social media campaigns and promotional materials.
3. Page Growth and Engagement: The Marketing Agency will dedicate two hours per week to enhance the growth and engagement of the client’s social media pages.
4. Industry Page Engagement: Four hours per week will be allocated to engage with industry-related pages, fostering a broader online presence.
5. Monthly Reporting and Analytics: The Marketing Agency will provide detailed monthly reports and analytics to track the performance of social media campaigns, engagement metrics, and growth.
Social Media Marketing Proposal Agreement
Payment Terms:
1. Total Cost: The total cost for the six-month Social Media Marketing package, inclusive of all services listed above, is $_____.
2. Advance Payment Option (10% off): If the Client opts to pay the total amount six months in advance, a discounted rate of $_____ will apply.
3. Monthly Payment Option: Alternatively, the Client may choose to make monthly payments of $_____ over the course of six months.
Payment Schedule:
1. Advance Payment Option: The total amount of $_____ is due in advance on or before the commencement of the agreement.
2. Monthly Payment Option: The monthly payment of $_____ is due on the first business day of each month for the duration of the six-month agreement.
Terms and Conditions:
